Meant for ITX setups and SFF builds. Can't attest to the performance of this AIO since I don't own one but I can attest to the price. This has been floating at the (overpriced) $99.99 before-rebate mark for quite some time, so $20 AR is a huge drop in comparison. Reviews have definitely been mediocre to not good especially when the price was at MSRP. Here's a good summary: https://www.techpowerup.com/revie..._92/9.html

Relative performance [techpowerup.com] is on par with the Hyper 212X and barely outpaces the 212 EVO.

At $20 AR (with 5 year warranty), I'm willing to give it a shot.

Liquid for my PC? No thanks! I've heard of RMA rejections because of liquid damaged components.

i'm planing on using it on my new build. Intel i5-8gen . should be good enough right?

Good deal, but looks like Amazon is sold out, no rebate on other sellers it looks like. They do have rebates on the other all-in-one coolers though.

If you're not overclocking or your i5 isn't overclockable, yep, definitely good enough. Although again, if you don't have an ITX or SFF build, there's kinda no point to this, unless you wanted an AIO or like the looks of this. With performance basically on par with an EVO 212 (which is currently the same price at $19.99 AR on Newegg), an air cooler would be simpler, less prone to issues, and less hassle to deal with. This particular cooler was made specifically for smaller builds/cases where large towers (like the EVO) don't fit.
