Seems like a fine card, with current prices it's one of the best $730 can give you.
BTW it's 3-slot card and it has a really weird fan in the middle, under the top two on sides.

$730 for a video card? What has this world done to the milenials. Jesus help us, alahu help us.
Soon some will be buying vcards at $1000.

How is $30 over MSRP 1.5 years after release a deal? Jesus these GPU prices are totally out of control.

because these cards are normally $850 MSRP. Not $700.

This is a top end aftermarket 1080 TI.

And it includes a game you can sell for $40 - $50 on ebay.

So for the price of a reference blower 1080TI with significantly inferior cooler you can get a top end 1080TI. That's why this is a good deal. Thumbs up O.P.

Aftermarket cooler + pre-overclock isn't worth $150 over MSRP. If it were, you should be able to find a reference 1080 ti for (850 - 730) = 120 less. Obviously, there's no way you'll find that deal. It's simple price-gouging at this point.

You realize there is this thing called inflation right? Since 2000, 34% decrease in the value of your money.

Combine that with technology advances and increased demand (let alone mining) and people will easily pay $1500 for video cards in 5-10 years.

Right, but GTX 10 series came out 1.5 years ago, and then they released a slightly bigger card year later on the SAME ARCH in order to continue milking consumers. Pretty atrocious anti-consumer practices.

Calm down buddy.

Everything cost more than it did 15 years ago. Prices of milk, cars, education, etc.

Inflation plays a role and this is a premium top tier card on top of that.
