Thanks. even cheaper at Google play books where it is $6.99 - and if you have the $5 off coupon there it's very sweet. Gonna get swole next year. Looking thick, solid, tight.

I will say the first series of this book was/is one of my favorite and longest kept hard copy books. I used it on an Iraq deployment back in 07 and I put on and kept the 11lbs of muscle.

Despite all the praise I can give this man and his writings, after the first book the rest just repeat the first book, to include this one which I also own. His cookbooks also are repetitive.

Stick with the first book.

Thanks...let's say you haven't read the first book. This one ok as a standalone?

I'm more in the camp of "strength over physique" (after wasting many many years trying to look a certain way, which was unattainable). A fraction of the time to get stronger was far more useful (Mark Rippetoe, etc).

I got ripped eating thin cut sirloin steak, tuna croquettes, mashed potatoes, sweet peppers, protein waffles and a whole lot of watermelon and water. For snacks quest protein bars.

I eat the protein drink and only do my workout machine once a week and I am putting on weight.. just use the protein drink. you don't need books or have to do too much since you pay for the reseach. I like eating the NO exploed trust me
