Forget Frys, they suck and the last few orders I've made with them disappeared into limbo. Even went so far as to go down to the store and try to get them to honor my receipt, they told me they'd email me back once manager came in and haven't heard from them in a week.

was going to get Thermal Paste, but it's already back order for free shipping . . . no local pickup for me so i will pass this deal. everything else on the list is garbage.

F*CK FRYS!!!

I hope Amazon Microcenter eat their breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Walmart employees get a bad rap for bad instore customer service. Frys should take that honors.

If you placed an online order and it got cancelled, go to the store and pick them up. They are usually in stock, on the shelves, its just that Frys emplyees dont like to work. Too lazy to pull internet orders. They just send a cancellation email - its much easier.

Be prepared to have to spend time following up with F. C. S. for the Rhino rebates after that 10-12 weeks expires.

Somehow they have managed to even screw up the online to store pick up too: usually takes them 6-8 hours to send me an email if pickup is ready (by then i don't care for picking it up anymore).

Fry's is definitely not known for customer service. If there's no issues, they can have good deals. Otherwise, they pretty much refuse to help you. Even cancelling can take a long time on the phone.

even walley world became absolute bad, its been years since i really shopped with them.
Fry's, walmart are known for their worst customer service...

i don't know about that, the walmarts i go to are very good . . . i am sure that does not apply to all walmarts. but then again, walmart has thousands of locations frys just a hand full and they still can't get it right.

Very true. I've submitted two FCS rebates in the past two years and had to call on both of them to get payment.
