Thanks, I was just about to pull the trigger on a Q7 for the same price.

I looked at this before I bought my KS 9800. The 2016 KS9800 is a lot better TV and full array back light for $1800 at Amazon. no tax cause it's sold by Vanns and fulfilled by Amazon.

The 9800 has motion issues, owned and returned one that had a great picture other than that. For some reason the 2017's look to have improved in this department and color volume is very much improved.

My 9800 doesn't have motion issues. I'm coming from a Panasonic plasma. Everything I've read say the 2017 are a step back compared to the 2016, especially compared to the Sony. The 9800 was better for me because of gaming lag.
