This seems to be a good deal, nearly $100 less than the Amazon price.

Sorry for what is probably a dumb question:

I'm trying to do a desk setup for my 2015 macbook pro. Is this an adequate monitor for that purpose? It will be used only for connecting remotely to my work office. I'm used to having 3 screens and am trying to acquire a similar set up at home. Thanks in advance. ( Posting this same question under other monitors that seem like a good deal)

I am getting it for my 2015 MBP (picking it up tomorrow). If it fails to drive at 4K resolution, I will use it at 2K. Some folks complain that at full 4K resolution the 27" screen is too small for their "old eyes" anyway. Depending on how far you put the monitor from yourself lower resolution may be more desirable.

Depending on your budget, multiple 27" 1080p monitors would be the same price as this one. Something to consider.
