The look of beautiful hand scraped oak flooring

This tile seems ***super cheap*** to me, and yet it has excellent reviews (perfect 5 star rating from all reviewers!!!)

PEI3 is probably good enough for most ppl. But I generally prefer at least PEI4 ceramic tile for durability.

FYI, I wouldn't recommend bothering unless your lowe's store has a lot of these in stock. If there's only like 100, you're bound to be getting a bunch of open boxes and different dye lots.

There's plenty of availability near me; multiple stores have over 1,000 planks in stock.

Correct, it's harder on the mohs scale. Also harder to cut and in many applications you wouldn't notice the difference.
