Bunch of fake Chinese reviews to give it the high rating score on Amazon. D on Fakespot. ALL of these FM transmitters are garbage if you live anywhere close to a metropolitan area.

The bottom of the frequency band is almost always a good choice.

I think Fakespot can be useful, but I also am annoyed by people who take it as religion and absolute truth.

It probably is made in China, but maybe that means they don't give an eff about FCC regulations then and won't limit their strength. FM Transmitters can actually have pretty good sound if they aren't being limited.

I have a different FM transmitter that I use on an occupied channel in a large metropolitan area and it works great. Hardly any static or interference.

I don't have this particular model, I have the flexible neck version by the same company: (LeFun) and it works better than any of the other ones I've tried , I actually love it and use it everyday in both of my cars. I don't live in a "big city" so to speak, but I do live in a relatively large industrialized town. The only time I tend to get interference is when I get on the outskirts of town and I start picking up radio broadcasts from other towns.

Forget about fake reviews on this product..... Can someone suggest a high quality product providing same functionality at a reasonable price? I am looking for one for my 2007 car that can only play CD or radio. Thanks!

NOTE: I live in Dallas metro area so need to have a good quality product that won't cause any interference with other stations.

i have yet to find one of these that is legit. it's all fake review crap being peddled

i actually have a legitimate need for one, as my old belkin crapped out that i use in my beater civic (you know the story lol). maybe i'll just suck it up and start removing control panels and do a direct aux-in. in the civics it's easy, just time consuming. if i'm going to all of that work i might as well put in another head unit where the 6-CD changer would go, but i like the extra storage. hmm

decisions decisions.

You won't find interference if you go below 88.0 mHz

Bought one and using it. Music quality is ok but sound for Phone calls are terrible (very muffy). The frequency I use was 107.9 which works fine in nyc. The connection usually drop once engine is off and back on. You will need to reconnect but don't need to re-pair the device. For 10$ I think it was worth the shot, cant say I'm expecting anything extraordinary at this price range. Anything more and I would not have bite knowing what I know now.
