My dash wand just keeps saying cannot connect to wifi. I left amazon cs an email but they didn't even care to reply. You do get $20 back but when you spend that $20 remember you actually paid for it cause the device is useless unless you like buying expensive overprices stuff on the fly.

The recent credits that can only be used for specific products linked to an individual dash button. If you don't know what I'm talking about, no worries.

You mean like the Charmin, Fiji, Iams etc...product specific dash buttons...I don't think any echo or dot product would even give you those product specific discounts wo/the product dash button, from my knowledge the Alexa discounts that are offered through dot/echo are also offered on this wand but also without the Amazon tech i.e...a smartphone with reverb etc...will also give you the exact same Alexa discounts so I see no reason to have this wand or at least for ordering purposes any other Amazon specific product at least as long as other workarounds work. These loopholes are so useful in purchasing add on items, no reason to buy Amazon-Alexa specific product as long as these work.

$20 back on a $20 item makes it free. Any self respecting SDer would do that if for no other reason than to get the batteries.

Get into a chat and complain. They will send you a new one for free. I did that.

It's $20 that you will spend on Amazon anyway. Might as well get this for free.

I'd pay $1.40 tax so which batteries are inside?
