wow. you never heard of the missing idiots disappearing in the ocean on numerous asiana flights?
The most recent news item I found related to Asiana was the crash at SFO where there were 3 fatalities in 2013.

Are you thinking of Malaysia Airlines flight 370?

I have flown to the Philippines about 20+ times even once by Garuda which I am not sure serves any U.S. cities any more. Only two mishaps.

One was with United when the return to the USA had a "hard landing" likely due to storm cell downdraft or whatever. It sounded like a car accident but no one was hurt as far as I know.

The other was with NorthWest Air during a support crew union strike. Everyone flew into the Detroit hub as normal, but they would not let any flight take off causing a needless trap.

Asiana by my memory had the best uniforms. I think Asiana, Philippine, Japan, Eva, China and Korean Air have age restrictions on stewertesses while U.S. carriers have stewertesses from younger to advanced age.

Anyway, of the airlines I mention, I have picked the lowest cost.

Asiana is one of the best international airlines, but not as good as Korean Air probably.

Dumbass probably just associates any Asian airline with the Malaysian events.
