Came across this while looking for a capable office computer. I ordered one, can't hurt at $250!

IT IS USED! Just a heads up.

not a bad deal, but I'd spend 50 bucks more and get something like this....better processor, more RAM, bigger drive:

Good point, it's my first post and I'm not sure how to edit the title.. I added to the description though!

The i5-3470 in the HP is slightly faster that the i3-7100 in the Dell (6652 vs 5857 passmark) but that is not all that exciting to me. The 2TB disk in the HP vs the 1TB disk in the Dell may attract some people to go with the HP seller on Amazon, or the Windows 10 Pro on the HP vs Home on the Dell may attract them. However I don't like the fact that the seller of the HP on Amazon states 16gb in the item title but 8gb in the Amazon 'Summary' section. Who knows what you are going to end up with.

Personally I would go with the $250 Dell. Far more of them have been sold and parts are readily available on Ebay (ie powersupply, the most common point of failure).
