Passed on this deal a few months ago and regretted it... Now im very seriously considering to go for it. Just have a question... would I be able to mount my new (and heavier) lens, a6300?
Worried about a heavy and longer lens.
Anyone tried this sort of set up, how did it work out?

Specs say 4.4 lb payload, a6300 is less than a pound, so seems like you'd be fine.

Sony a6300 is about 14 oz. and a heavier lens like the 24-70 GM is 31 oz. which still puts you under 1.5 lb. of the payload.

On a more serious note, anybody asking "will this work with my ... ?"

Find the weight of your camera and add the weight of your lens.

If your setup is < 4.4 lbs., per the manufacturer, it will work.

Have this from previous B&H deal. Works fantastic. Use with an A6500 and numerous lenses including 18-105 and 30 1.4. Def a great buy. Only caveat thus far is I've been unable to purchase a case. Feiyu has one on aliexpress but it's close to 100 due to shipping.
