I won a 100 gift card to Sams club. Been 6 weeks, still don't have it.

Can someone tell me how to contact SD about this? Have sent numerous messages, only received the run around. Does SD have a phone number I can call?

Hi,

I don't see your account in one of the daily giveaways from the home page.

In what event did you win the Sam's club card?
If it was something on FB then please message the team through FB messenger.
If it was part of a deals thread then you would need to contact Sam's club about the promotion.

My sister too....seems odd..when people complain, a vendor normally responds...SD is silent....

I know SD have to be making a killing off referrals. how about spending a little less on golf and liquor and a little more on customer service.

Do we really need to throw insults at you to get you take your responsibilities to your customers seriously?

Where is the customer server phone number of SD? What is the process to raise a support issue to the next level?

I am searching some internal conversations (since it's not from the site giveaways and outside of my area of being able to fulfill) and see this comment " We've had issues purchasing the sam's club gift cards because Walmart keeps cancelling the orders. She should have received an e-mail offering alternatives. Please ask her to check her e-mail/spam"

She did receive a a message via Facebook messaging offering her an Amazon gift card over a week ago and that is not came yet either

I've reached out to SD on messenger from the beginning. I've been lied to multiple times. I have all the messages. Even had someone calling themselves, Producer Dan telling me he was going to run out and buy it himself and get it right to me, that was December 18th. Then it was turned over to someone else weeks ago, her name is Megan Westcott and she doesn't seem to be able to get it to me either. How can I speak to a supervisor about this instead of just getting turned over to another rep who can't seem to help me? This has become ridiculous and I will be letting friends and family and social media know now I've been treated by SD. Been a following member for 8 years. My whole family uses your site. We are all wondering why this has been handled like it has. Can't find any customer service help at all. What is going on?

Yes producer Dan is the culprit in this Fiasco. Although my sister has some Choice words that would probably get me banned on SD from using

There were some snags from having them delivered by the merchant they tried purchasing from, they got in contact to offer an alternative.
This forum was mainly designed for those who won onsite giveaways to come talk and do Whees So the FB people don't normally come in here. Many who work in other departments are so busy with their wheelhouse that they don't have time or don't know to come into other areas unless one of us notices and gives them a heads up. I have done that. They now have your messages and concerns from this thread.

You can always email info@slickdeals.net or support@slickdeals.net and we can then pass along the messages more quickly. If you do that please include the winners info not "my sister"...kind of hard to look it up that way Smilie

Yes, I finally recieved the gift card. Thank you Schooby for turning 2 months of frustration and being lied to , into a little misunderstanding. Was it a misunderstanding that your company( Yes, your FB page IS part of your company) lied to me...multiple times? Some mistake there. I've referred friends and family to you guys for years and if this site wasn't mostly here because of the public sharing deals , then I'd definitely start telling those I referred to stop using this site. Make all the excuses you want. I have all the lies in screenshots, to remind me that some people will never take responsibility for their mistakes except by telling lies and giving people the run around. Tell Producer Dan that I said thanks a lot for buying me a gift card....wait...
