Shadow of War $47 on Amazon and above $40 everywhere else, brand new. Last deal was with $29.99 as a price was at NEWEGG with a coupon, Gamestop has it new at $29.99.

Are you kidding me? This game has a TON more content than SOM. Especially...the end game content is huge. All the Orcs you recruit become part of your army and you can conquer huge Castles in battles that involve 100s of Orcs. It gets harder and harder and keeps you playing to get stronger Orcs. You also can Raid other players Castles and even do Arena battles Online or VS. Cpu. On top of all that they are promising more Free Updates later in the year. They game also is At least 4x bigger than SOM. You have different regions and all of them look completely different. The orcs in this game also have TONS of personality. The Captains are so diverse and they used many different voice actors. You even gain Rapport with these Orcs each time you die which changes the dialogue etc. There's sooo much more that I can't even believe people even compare it to the Original. The RPG elements and Leveling of your Character is never ending because you constantly want to increase your army's strength. This game is a steal and even it's original cost. I have put nearly 200 hrs into the game and I barely hit 70 hrs in COM. Most negative reviews and opinions on the game come from people who played the story and maybe a few side missions. To really enjoy the game you need 50 hrs plus. Others who hate the game blame micro transactions..But anyone who's spent time in this game knows if you buy crates you are CHEATING yourself out of all the fun. You also earn Crates and will have so many to open that you will rarely use the items. The best items come from earning them in Boss Battles anyways. I'm an old time gamer. At 36 yrs old it's very rare that I get over value in my games. This game goes along with Fallout 4 and Witcher 3 as must buys in 2017 because of value. I'm not a huge LOTR fan either...I watched all the movies but by no means do you need to like the movies to enjoy this game.

Also don't have to worry about recouping any of the cost by trading it in the future, in case the developer makes the game ridiculous, a la Battlefront or Destiny 2. I'm all for paying more for less.

This is also $41.99 on Xbox live right now with gold. Obviously it costs more, but I personally like digital games. Don't have to go to the store to get it, put it in to play it, and, most importantly, I don't have to worry about losing the disc. I mean heck it's gonna take up space on your console anyway

My opinion is this game is worth $20 and not a penny more. They really didn't do much new and it feels clunky in a year that saw Zelda and Horizon. If you can rent it at a Redbox for two days I'd think you'll be satisfied.

Having been a fan of Shadow of Mordor, which was an intensely satisfying game, I was excited about shadow of war.

I agree with this person above. This is much better than the first game. I recommend pushing through the first act so you can quickly unlock some of the cooler abilities in game. I grew bored with the first game, but the second keeps getting better the more I play.

I think I got it for this price on BF this year, I installed it but I have yet to play it. I did like SOM especially the combat, but I just don't have the time to put into these games anymore sadly. I'm hoping I get around to playing it soon.

Here, here. My brother loves this game. I watched him play for hours whenever we go home. I haven't even started it because it's so damned huge watching him and others play that I say in my head "my damn backlog is too big to start this right now", lol. You're completely right man.

I bought this game on BF @ gamestop for $25...what a steal

This game is the reason why I sold my regular ps4 to my cousin and bought the Pro version...

If you liked the original game and/or like the lord of the rings this is definitely a must have

Buy it now...you can thank us later

I also strongly disagree with the guy who says that is a good idea just to rent the game...

Playing Shadow of Mordor 100% completion with dlc took me about 31 hrs. Shadow of War 100% took me about 65hrs. Definitely worth it at 30 or less. The nemesis system works much better this time around. Honestly I feel the loot chest isn't even worth it till u hit the lvl cap.
