Banggood has the BLF A6 XPL 1600LM 7/4modes Non-anodized EDC LED Flashlight on sale for $17.99.
A light designed by flashlight nerds for flashlight nerds.
This is the lowest ive ever seen it. I own a few of these and have nothing but good to say about them, this is a heck of a good light especially at this price.....Theres lots of supporting reviews to back me up.
18650 battery not included
light tint options
1a=white slight blue tint
3d=whiteish yellow
5a=yellowish white
See photo

It's not 1600lm without moding the spring, as is its 1200lm to 1400lm with a fantastic user interface

The non anodized doesnt look like its ever been posted to sd .the black one was FP at $18.95 so historically this appears to be an all time low price for this specific light.

Should a different color require a new thread?

Wow.....thats not true at all, try a Google search for blf a6.....sorta looks like your not being helpful, wheres the love.
"This review is for the community sourced BLF (Astrolux S1) A6 LEDflashlight- which is possibly the brightest and cheapest ($29.99) stock EDC ever, or of at least 2015. ... This light was developed by members of Budget Light Forum, and is a single Cree XPL LED light that pumps out over 1200 actual lumens."
So..........

I'd buy from Amazon at this price but not giving any Chinese sites my info.
Yeah, amazon has this light for $35 .... banggood has been around, doesnt steal identitys and it also takes paypal so really not sure what's the issue.

Not a great reason, going by what Banggood does. And they're both $17.99. Colors on Amazon often have different links, but it's still the same item. Combining posts benefits the users. Obviously, creating a new post only benefits the poster.

Umm ok. I didnt post the black one, i did buy one. Afterwards i was poking around on banggood and saw a hell of a deal on a this flashlight that i also purchased and thought maybe the sd community would also like it. Not sure what i am gaining but since the black blf a6 doesn't take you to this one i thought i better post it too so people would know about the deal. Also not both $17.99 black one is $18.00....just saying

Clueless about anodizing: why would I prefer it one way or the other?

Just makes the raw aluminum shiny and more protected from wear and corrosion.
