10 days since I've received any emails from SD, alerts or PMs

They're not in my spam, promotions, or social folders. Just nowhere to be found.

Hi duronboy. I've adjusted a setting in your email management page. There was a recent update for that setting that may be affecting how your account was configured for receiving alerts. Please let us know if the problem continues.

Thank you! Your link brings up a 404, but I did check my notification settings before I posted, and alerts seemed to be toggled in the "on" position.

Doh This is what happens when I don't double check my links after submitting. lol. I've fixed it in the prior post.
In the email settings, there's a toggle for Deal Alerts but there's also a separate toggle for Account Alerts. The latter is the one that was previously off. This setting should now dictate whether or not you can be notified by email of new Private Messages, regardless if they're Deal Alerts or from other users.
