12g sugar in 2/3 cup. Seems like it's going to be very sweet - anyone with experience care to chime in? Many thanks

This is less sweet than some others I've tried (BJ's brand and Kelloggs), but it's still a bit sweeter than I'd prefer.

This is good - not extremely sweet, but sweet enough. Beware there is chicory root fiber in this one. Doesn't play well with me, if you know what I mean. Original flavor does not have that ingredient but still has a lot of fiber.

Make sure you understand your diet if getting these for being healthy as it contains as much sugar as other cereals ie frosted flakes, which can off set the benefits of the other nutritional values.

1 teaspoon = 4.2g, almost 3 teaspoons of sugar (brown rice syrup, dried cane syrup, honey.)
Could be sugar snack. Owned by Kellogg's.

Type 1 diabetic here. This is a no-go in terms of your health (if that's why you're looking at buying this). Better off with Honey Nut Cheerios or something less sweet.

the amount of salt and sugar in this thing Frown Wish it was the plain one. I normally add my own fresh berries to my cereal if I want a bit of sweetness with other health benefits.

Truth! It's nicknamed Kashi GoFart in several online forums and reviews for a reason. 💨
