This ends up being $49.97 after the coupon - great deal. I'd highly recommend this - As a sufferer of sinus issues, I've been using one for about a year and its very effective.

I got one a month or so from HSN for $72 and thought that was a good deal. This is a great price.

It is very easy to "hack" as well so you don't have to keep purchasing their pods. Just YouTube it and you will find many tutorials.

I think it has helped my sinuses somewhat.

I am not sure this is a good deal. My doctor gave me one of these bottles, it works great, and is way cheaper: Ayr Saline Nasal Rinse Kit [amazon.com]

I've got a free Neti pot and I'm sure they are widely available for cheap...what makes "nasal irragation" worth the extra $50?

The Neti pot sucks - I've got Chronic sinusitus, this has changed my life it's so much more effective than the netipot, also fewer issues with water going down my throat due to not having the precise correct angle.

If you've tried a neti pot and it just doesn't do anything for you - give this a go, it's really worth it.

This product WILL work but is overpriced and unnecessarily complicated. I get the same results for much less using neti pot or Alkalol. My favorite is Alkalol, but it does get some getting used to.

I dunno, I was interested in the "powered" aspect of this thing....Neti pots and other things I tried havent worked. Thanks OP for the post- might give it a try.

You have to hold your breath or it will go down your throat. Try using Alkalol.

the difference is this both pushes water into one side and pulls (gently) out the other. Those bottles are great and I'm glad they work for you, for me...they do nothing. I was mid-sinus infection and tried this...saved me a trip to the Dr. I am certain it'll help during allergy season too.
