For those who ordered the following holiday deals:
and your order was canceled due to being out of stock, both Spyder and Tillys is allowing reordering at the same discount level.

Tilly did not send out "out of stock" emails, so if you ask them to exchange "like for like" and give them an item number, they will reorder a similar item at the discount level of your original order. (it's part of their CS policy, no need for supervisor) They don't mark the order as "reordered", so technically you could order multiples... but please don't abuse so we can all have nice things...
Spyder will only reorder the exact same item @ the 75% discount if it has come back into stock.
I didn't mark this as YMMV because... it isnt
