Pro tip: "Eyekeepers" brand on Amazon are just as good for a third of the price.

My wife thinks she is having headaches because tv is too bright even on lowest setting on our dark bedroom, would this help?

It may not be the brightness. Blue light is linked to headaches and fatigue. So this could potentially help.

Lol glasses to wear while on your PC or to watch all the, not just 3d movies. No thanks.
Don't knock them until you try them. I thought they were a stupid gimmick too when I first saw them years ago, but when you stare at a screen all day for work, these are awesome.

These also magnify everything slightly, so they help with eye fatigue if you find yourself squinting and getting headaches. That's something you don't get from f.lux, and these can be used anywhere, not just on your PC or tablet. I get terrible eye fatigue after coding for 5-6 hours, and these have helped a lot. I even use them for driving on overcast days, as they reduce glare and make everything brighter. I paid $100+ for mine about five years ago, and that was the cheapest pair. This looks like a nice deal on these.
