Their customer service has become so poor lately that it is hard for me to even buy from them anymore.

They sent me the wrong case in mid November and I contacted them and sent it back right away.

It took 5 customer service chats and bothering a supervisor to get them to say they were crediting me back even though I have no physical proof of that happening yet.

After asking me to wait over and over again for a month and a half, they were going to ask me to wait until Jan 3 "when inventory would be completed" and then they would refund me. The supervisor, after dropping the ball again and not contacting me back as promised, agreed to just give me a refund.

After wasting about 2 hours of a my time and holding my money hostage for a month, they offered me a $20 credit for the problem.

It will be a bit before I return.

I bought an Asrock Extreme 4 motherboard that was DOA. Newegg customer service was able to ship me the replacement ASAP instead of waiting for the return to arrive.

I bought the red fan version of this case and regretted it immediately. This version is a much better value. Regardless it looks extraordinary and has amazing features. I ended up buying 6 hd120's and a pack of lighting node RGB to make it the way I always wanted.

I have the 570X RGB and in love with the quality.
I would buy this if I needed another case in a heart beat.

It's super slick when you consider x3 pack of SP120 RGB fans costs over $60 dollars.
I was looking for SP120 fans, should I just buy this instead?? lol

Looks like you also get free blue led fan, awesome find OP!

Sorry to hear you had issues. I purchased the majority of my new PC parts from Newegg and have nothing but positive things to say. All my packages shipped within hours, arriving within a day or two.

I returned my original motherboard even though their policy was no returns unless there was an issue with it. I requested an RMA via a chat session which was quickly approved. I got an email acknowledging that my return was received in a couple of days, followed by an email 20 minuets later that my credit card would be refunded within five days, which it did post a few days later.

Bought this case in November. High quality build. Nothing bad to say about the case itself.

I will say that my UPC code was ripped off partially by UPS and corsair refused to give me my rebate with the partial UPC code.

Bought the 570X a few months back and corsair gave me a very hard time with the rebate:

-Submitted the rebate initially with all documentation and original physical UPC code cut-out. They got back to me and said no UPC code was attached to the mail. Luckily I had scans of everything before mailing it, so they had me snail mail in a copy of my scanned UPC. 2 months later, I never heard back from them so I called into their number. They finally decided to give to me after I proved that I could read off my upc number to them off of my scanned image.

Don't be surprised if they report "missing UPC" on the rebate despite you sending in the real thing - scan all documentation before mailing in. Expect to have to call in to force them to give you the rebate. I've done many, many rebates successfully in the past from different companies and this has been the only one where it seems like they are really forcing you to go out of your way if you want to get the rebate.

I've had the exact opposite. I just returned an unopen keyboard back to them. They were going to charge me a shipping fee for the return shipping label b/c my return was due to me buying another keyboard elsewhere. I contacted them via chat and they waived the fee and sent me a free return label.

Earlier in the year, I returned a video card b/c it was defective that only had a replacement only policy but they made an exception for me and allowed me to return it.

Pulled the trigger a few weeks ago for the non-RGB version. Awesome case and airflow is pretty good even with a 360 rad up front. My i7 + 1080 Ti combo stays cool under normal gaming loads.

Wow thanks for that everything for my computer is Corsair case, keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, and headset all are their premium items. Luckily I've never had a problem, but not I'm not sure if I'll buy anything from them if that's how they treat their customers.
