After further research.... Amazon offers 30 day return policy. Coops website offers 100 day return policy.

I hated it at first but I actually really like it now. It's a really heavy pillow that holds its form but is still soft. I like it as a back and side sleeper.

I just picked one up. I slept on it 2 nights and so far so good. Seems comfortable out of the package. I did follow the instructions and placed it in the dryer prior to use.

got this pillow cause of back and neck pain issues..what I like about it is you can remove or add fill as needed..for me I removed a few handfills to get it to the comfort. After about a months use you will notice the fill will start to bind together and become lumpy..stick it in the dryer and it puffs back up..so far so good
