$299.99 + 5% Target RedCard: Sony WH-1000XM2 Noise-Cancelling, Bluetooth, Wireless Over-Ear Headphones

Spent about a week debating between the Bose QC35II and the Sony WH-1000MX2.

Based on reviews, I decided to try both of them out at my local Target.

The NC worked just as well on the Sony as the Bose in-store, but the Bose had this over-pressurization feeling in my ear when there was no music playing.

Went with the Sony's and they rang up as $299.99.

Add the 5% RedCard discount and taxes, I walked out the door paying $307

I tried these at Best Buy and they sounded phenomenal. The NC was the best I'd heard yet. Unfortunately they were too rich for my blood Frown I ended up with the QC25 with airmod instead because I got a couple of gift cards I wanted to use up.
