I checked a sample date...This rate was $30 higher than regular rate, so I suppose that would offset the higher hotel prices if you were planning on dining in the hotel.

This is a pretty common promotion they run. Usually, the leisure package is a bit more than the regular one.

You're better off booking the HHonors rate (create a free account on Hilton.com) most of the time and paying for the extras.

Has anyone else call to the hotel was transferred and told
"you are selected Hilton Honors member and you can get 70% off on your next stay for 6 days, 5 nights on select destinations? "
Wondering if this is true or scam or if it's really worth it...
Thanks!

I have actually done one of these. They want you to tour one of their vacation club/ time share properties. The rooms are generally really nice. I did a trip to Orlando and one to Vegas. If you have kids Orlando is better.

The 250 hotel credit is only at select hotels - not all hotels.
