I like Xaomi Yeelight strip better and it's cheaper too with no hub required ..works with Alexa and Google home without hub.

i take it these are gen 2?

just for comparison purposes, gen 1 sold out for $28 earlier this year. but if you have a $25 couple, this would be a "hot" deal and a "super hot" deal had the amex offer still been alive like it should have been until dec 31.

Yup, 2nd gen. Updated the title.
I got this for $60 earlier this month so I feel like a chump. No way to return to Best Buy now. Oh well, sharing the love.

Yes you can return. Due to holidays they accept returns until January 14th. Or Jan 29th if you're bestbuy elite member

I went for it even though tax brought it to $50 and I JUST bought a bloom yesterday. Now I'm thinking of cancelling that order and seeing if this will satisfy. Anyone have any advice or pointers? All I have so far is whites so looking to add some color.

Can you explain? I bought it late November/early December. It's definitely passed the 15 day window.

Gen 2 have much better range, better control, and can be extended.

A decent card will give you 30 days. Sometimes 60 or even 90. Upgrade your credit provider.
