Good deal if you really like Smash Burger. I don't like how misleadingly it's worded. You have to pay $45 for the pass, and than $1 a day. That means the actual math is $2 a day, assuming you go every day.

Fries are not included. considering a burger and fries is what the average American wants, makes this deal good but its missing fries.

Only 45 days, so if we go 3 times a week for a total of 18 times.
The we paid $45 + $18 = $63 /18 = $3.50 per burger
(If you don't die first of possible complications)

Totally a bad deal. 3X a week to gain. Less than that, you might as well pay as you go, as you may not be visiting that often and spending as much ($55 for 12 entries in 6 weeks).

The company gets an influx of revenue without having to shell out anything. Most people will probably go maybe 1x a week.

So what's the cheapest burger there? $5-6ish? 60-67% off isn't bad. It also says "any entree for $1", so it could get even better. Based on the prices here, the cheapest entree is $5.29 and the most expensive is $8.39.

Definitely not a bad deal. Misleading? Sure. Bad? No.

One more thing: It's the OP's title that makes it misleading, not SmashBurger's promotion. SmashBurger tells you straight up what you need to do to get the deal.
