I use these as a preworkout because they aren't as strong as other brands. I dislike the shaky feeling I get from stronger pre workouts. I only take 1/2 serving of this brand. Of course I also never consume caffeine otherwise so I'm not the average American when it comes to this.

"preworkout" is a stretch. You're better off with a caffine pill.

Exactly. I used to drink amino energy drinks in the mornings and afternoons as a pick-me-up, but they are far from pre-workouts.

Thanks OP. Pretty good deal. Good Reviews. I needed this sooner so S&S wasn't worth the $1 discount. In for 1.

I completely agree. Good price, but you'd have to take multiple scoops to get close to a preworkout caffeine dose. Personally, I use this during some workouts for the aminos or a replacement for coffee

I had some samples of this stuff. I did not get much more energy and had minor pump.

Tasted nice but I will not buy.

At 6 scoops it gives me great focus for my workout, granted that's a lot of pre-work out powder. Still prefer it over other preworkouts, but not the best.

If it takes you six scoops of pre-workout powder to have an effective workout, it would be a better value for you to just take PCP. Being Slickdeals, I figured I'd try and help you save.
