Miele Compact C2 Topaz Canister Vacuum: $399.91 is back in stock on samsclub.com. But very limited stock....so if you missed last's week FP deal, run like Hello Kitty chasing a mouse.

To make this more slick: use Discover IT (5% quarterly cb for warehouse, and use Discover portal for additional 5%)

This is older version, replaced ~6 months ago by C2 Electro+ model (currently $599.99 on Amazon), only difference is the C2 Electro+ has bigger power button and larger power brush

This vac is entirely made and assembled in Germany vs. other Miele (e.g. C1 line)

I am a Dyson to Miele convert (wish vacuum manufacturers went back to bagged for all vacs!). I don't have this particular model (didn't need electro powered brush head, no carpet only hardwood), but currently have a couple other Mieles.

7 year warranty for the motor. It's suction power is far superior, and it's far cleaner and quieter than Dyson

Was a big fan of miele vacuums. Then the power switch on my upright broke and the only way to fix it is to replace the entire handle for $100+. That seems stupid. They also made some manufacturing changes that mean the HEPA filters I used to buy are now still sold under the same model number but for some reason are labeled as not to be used for my vacuum if it's in Europe. Seems like the filters no longer fit properly but they don't want to admit it. Sigh.
