I prefer the other deal for Pace 6 Plus. I feel the blades are better/closer shave and the 6 Plus has the additional single blade on the back for under the nose and tighten the sideburns. I'm using Pace 4 now and think it's ok.

Bummer, code doesn't take anything off on extra cartridges.

No comparison. I bought the Pace 6 a while back after using Gillette Fusion for years.. Gillette is worth it. The dorco blades clog easily and don't feel as sharp/smooth. Can't comment on the Pace 4.. I mean its super cheap and probably better than disposable blades. Can't really go wrong for $2

There are a hundred threads on Dorco $2 sales because people want the reps instead of just bumping a previous thread/deal that is live again. There is a lot of discussion about your question and it's pretty split. I find nothing different between Dorco and other brands but some say "big brand or nothing!"

For $2 why not just find out the answer for yourself. Wink

I actually prefer the Dorco blades to the namebrand blades, I feel like they do a better job. I have very thick hair, so it probably depends on the type of hair that you have. Perhaps Gillette/Schick work best on fine hairs and Dorco on thicker hairs.

I loved mine so much, I got the women's version for the wife. She hated them, blamed them on slicing her skin, etc. I've used them for years... use a blade for a few months before switching them, yeah, it cuts not as well after several weeks but still does a job (I just clean and prime them between uses).
