Advance and Auto Zone have inflated all their prices to a point if you aren't getting at least 25% off, you are getting hosed. They are as bad as Kohls. Menards has Exide car batteries for $104 everyday. Add in their 11% rebate, and these auto parts stores will never compete.

"ALL BATTERIES" should be changed to select batteries since there are exclusions.

Figures, most batteries are sold out near me. Just the really expensive ones are in stock.
I guess everyone's car batteries are acting up in the cold Northeast.

Advance auto automatically applies 15% off coupon. Add the code op provided (EM308A) and remove advance auto's default coupon....you should see 30% off.

How are these AutoCraft Gold batteries? Are they really bad? My 12yr old car is still has the the original battery but hesitates to start on cold winter days. No problem when it's warmer though. Should I get one of these batteries from advance auto? Or are there similarly priced but better options? With coupon, it shows that I'll be paying $123 including taxes, core charges, etc w/ 3-yr free replacement for a battery that matches my car.

I got a store brand battery here almost a year ago. No issues yet. Also my guess is stock may be low. My brother works at AutoZone in Wisconsin and said that they are selling tons of batteries due to the cold weather.
