The trick to get perfect fried eggs (sunny side up) is to separate the runny white part from the "normal" white part by putting it through a sifter. The runny white part will separate and just toss that away.

Or if you're lazy like me, just tilt the pan to one side till it stops moving lol

But the white part (egg white) is the best part. 😕

true for perfect poached eggs also... drop egg in a small strainer, wipe off bottom of strainer, and dump (carefully, and with love) into the poaching liquid.

You'll still get the majority of the white part still intact. The thing that separates is very small amount.

I guess you can add that small amount back in to the egg after it settles lol nothing wrong with that.

I think if you're making pancakes and you can't get them round, you might need more than silicone rings. I think they might be good to make Egg McMuffin-esque sandwiches...but I just put an egg into a microwave safe cup, stir a few times and nuke for a minute or so.

I really love these for making egg sandwiches on buns. Lots of cheese, a slice of deli ham and lots of pepper! Mmmm good! In for 2 and for 2 of the pancake rings.
