At first I thought it was 100% cherry juice, and for that this would be a great price. But this stuff is just 100% "juice", and mixed with apple juice (from concentrate, no less). I don't know what the relative percentages are, since it's not on the label and the company has failed to answer repeated questions asking about that over a long period of time. (And they must be aware of them, since they've answered other questions posted before and after those.) But given the amount of sugar in it (28g per 8 oz) and the relatively small amount of sugar naturally present in tart cherries, I assume the ratio of apple juice to cherry juice must be quite high. So I'm thoroughly unimpressed. Imnsho, it borders closely on false labeling to call it "tart cherry juice" in the first place, even if the label does mention apple juice, since the apple juice component is unsurprisingly mentioned only in type that's tiny relative to the words "cherry juice", and and in a different color than the main label color. (Red no less. which of course blends into the color of the juice in the clear bottle versus the contrasting bright yellow used for the words "tart cherry juice".Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) )

And the claim that "it" is "not from concentrate" in the bullet points on Amazon is clearly pure bullshit. Even assuming the the cherry juice component isn't from concentrate, it says right there on the front of the bottle (albeit in small, red type) "with reconstituted apple juice".Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) (I'd flag it as incorrect to Amazon, but they've never changed a single description I've ever notified them about, even when the product's own packaging in the product photos clearly and blatantly contradicts their written description, so I've stopped wasting my time...)

As a run-of-the-mill "mixed fruit juice beverage", it is expensive, and if you drink tart cherry juice for the health benefits, you want the pure stuff, not some sort of "cherry juice drink". (Pure cherry juice is well-documented as being very good for gout, of all things, and random "super-dooper-food" type sources make all sorts of, sometimes wacky, claims for various other health benefits.)

It's everyday price at Costco.
If fact it's on sale now at Costco for $9.99 minus $3.50 instant rebate.
Check your local store.

^^^what he said. $6.50 at Costco for a 2-pack, and that price still isn't slick. Im guessing this brand has about 20-30% actual tart cherry juice
