I have bought like 10 Bluetooth earphones from Amazon these are the worst ones I have bought. They are large and awkward.

Not to mention sound quality. If you sweat, then further worse.

That's why you only get the ones expensive enough to buy an extended warranty with.....when they inevitably stop working within 2-3 years....you get another pair free or your money back.

I have a pair of these and they really suck...even for $8 I would pass. The recent deal on the HOPDAY ones for a little more money is worth it compared to getting these that have such poor sound quality you would never use them.

The only use for the TOTU ones I have are for my son to watch his iPad in the car on road trips. But I had to get smaller earbuds to fit which negated any cost savings. I only did it beacuse I already had the headphones, I wouldn't spend money on them again.

I've tried several Chinese brand headphones and have to say these were on the lower end of the spectrum in terms of sound and build quality.

I rarely buy the most expensive, high quality things that come with lifetime warranties and stuff....so I get plans like that for pretty much everything that typically doesn't last a long time..... kids bicycles purchased from Walmart.....drones/helicopters, headphones, vacuums, any electronic toy that costs more than 20$, printers....anything that normally lasts you less than 3 years before malfunction or wearing down until unusable or accidental breakage.....get an extended warranty....I don't know about square trade...but asurion has always come through for me and is easy and fast (they partner with Walmart as well). I used to think they were a scam or not worth the extra cost or hassle ....but one day I needed to use one I hesitantly bought along with a Walmart kids bike...and it was so easy and quick to get a full refund via check in the mail, (if I remember correctly I had only paid 6$ for a 2 year extended warranty for a 70$ bicycle) that I started buying them with pretty much every cheaper electronic and bicycle I buy like 5 years ago and the only extended warranties I haven't had to use before expiring so far is one for a cheap sports watch....and one for my ninja master prep that is surprisingly still going strong without issue.(only 2$ for each). They are worth the peace of mind and are typically very cheap at only like 5-10% of the item cost. If you buy them smart with things that kids will be using or don't last you long normally anyway...then they are definitely worth it. Don't buy them for very high quality or super expensive items or furniture etc that have a very low chance of malfunction.

I have to agree the HOPDAY ones from the previous deal surprised me for the price. Too bad I didn't pick up a second pair. Instant connection, battery life is great. Of course sound quality wasn't the best but still not bad.

Nope. Not unless you bought it less than a month ago. Must buy the plan within 30 of the purchase of the item to be protected.

I actually own an older version of these and they work just fine. I do not consider these poor sound quality either, but if you are expecting bose level quality sound at 8 bucks i'm not sure what to tell you. Alter your expectations maybe?

But they have lasted a couple years, stay in my ears when I run, and I haven't personally had any issues with them.

BUT they are cheap bluetooth earbuds. They feel a bit cheap, but they do the job. Mine are ~3 years old and other than losing one of the rubber ear tips I haven't had any issues with them.

I will most likely buy another pair.
