I just went through returning a DOA device with TechRabbit, and it was easy, but sooo slooooow. Mostly because they used the cheapest shipping, so my order looked like:
2-3 days order processing
7-10 days FedEx SmartPost (NJ to CA)
1-2 days to "troubleshoot" by email before approving the RMA
7-10 days FedEx SmartPost (return)
2-3 days processing the return
7-10 days FedEx SmartPost (back to me)
= 30-40 days from order to delivery

But they were nice and respectful every step of the way, although a shipping upgrade for the inconvenience would have been a nice gesture.

I can vouch for them. I have had to use it one time and it was painless and no fuss. They even paid for return shipping.

I scanned the Amazon reviews for these earlier and decided not to take the chance. I don't need them anyway. Reviews are mixed, but I always make a point to read the most recent reviews, which leaned pretty negative. I never completely now how much to trust the "top" reviews, but with a higher percentage 1 star than 5 star, I'm out.

Wow, great price. Thanks, OP

But why the "AC" in title? There is no coupon involved...

Good to know, because my first and only pair of wireless bluetooth earbuds (anker) I purchased stopped holding a charge after two weeks.

How would these compare to a no-name brand like these?
https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/t/11125719

With the exception of the awesome noise canceling kind, I tend to think of Bluetooth headphones as completely commoditized these days, but haven't actually tried a no-name brand.

Terrible headphones. Lose charge quickly, lose connection easily.
