This is a great deal!
I got the bike earlier this year from Raleigh with the corporate discount for 900$ incl. tax.
I like it so much I just bought a second now!

Very solid, the only things I really didn't like were the anti-shock stem and anti-shock seat post.
Especially good deal, because Raleigh downgraded the specs of the 2018 Willard 2, so that you have to buy now a Willard 3 @ $1399 to get approx. the same equipment.

Prices went up quick but they were what the OP originally sent for a little while.

Yes, I wonder how the pricing works for some items on Amazon. I was watching this for a few days and each day the price was dropping $20 or so.

I have the Willard 1 and it's a great bike, so this is even better for the same or lower price than with the corporate discount. Amazon has had a lot of random deals on Raleigh bikes lately; I got a 60 cm Merit 3 for a $688 last month with free bike assembly, so keep your eyes open if you have interest in any other Raleigh bike.

Nice deal. I also got a Merit 3 for around $700 a few years ago. I'm happy with it but it's my first road bike. Probably going to upgrade to 105 crank. I'm in Ohio and it's so damn cold. At some point I'm moving somewhere warm all year around. Does Slickdeals every have deals on Fat Tire bikes?

a FAT TIRE bike is just like a girl, fun to ride once in awhile, but do you really want to be seen on one? And yes it's damn cold in Ohio, basement riding only this week.

Well, depends where you live. I'm in far northern WI and commute to work year round...funnest days are in a few inches of fresh snow on a fat bike!

Raleigh Rumson has been on Amazon here and there ~$650. I picked up my SE f@r for a steal on amazon a couple years ago. Actually came from Amazon warehouse "used - like new". The deals pop up but don't last long.

I have no need for a bike right now but thanks to the Slickdeals effect I'm interested. Isn't this still a great price at $750?

Yes, still a couple hundred under the current prices of the Willard 1.
