Attractive knife. 440c steel is good. How is Ganzo quality overall?

Review: http://knifeinformer.com/ganzo-g7533-cf-review/

Also, what is with Gearbest and it's knives? Many of them look like screaming, almost unreal deals.

Here is a knife with G-10 handles and a 3.8" D2 steel blade. How can they offer such a knife for $10???

Has anyone actually confirmed the steel on these knives? I've never owned or handled a Ganzo knife and I find it hard to believe they're selling D2 knives for $10 based on "volume" alone.

Well, I jumped on the CTSmart knife that is supposed to be D2 steel and will see. I also ordered a Ganzo Firebird F7563 similar to the one the OP posted with a slightly different blade: https://www.gearbest.com/pocket-k...tml?wid=21

I will report back after they get here. Probably some time next month if what I've read about slow gearbest shipping is true. laugh out loud

Great knife! Would pass on the coated blade (not durable at all), and avoid taking it apart. The metal used on the screws is very soft and strips easily.

Personally I'd pass on the Carbon fiber handle version. The G10 version offers a way better grip. I'd also consider going down in size to the G7531. The 33 is pretty big and not I fell good for everyday carry. Just a little to much knife and blade. Almost to much blade to be useful but it does make an impression.
The 7531 takes the same blade shape and in my opinion makes it a much more useful knife by downsizing it. The same blade found to big and unwieldy becomes handy and utilitarian on the 31. The 31 are not priced good right now but you can pretty regularly catch them at about $10

BTW it's showing at $15.99 for me right now.

This one is only $13.99 and has a G10 handle.
