Dine L.A.is Jan. 12-26 and if you have an AMEX card you will get a 10 dollar statement credit if you spend 30 or more in a single transaction. Make sure you add the deal to your AMEX card first. YMMV.
As with previous Amex offers, there seems to be no limit on how many times you can dine at the participating restaurants and you can also purchase a giftcard if the restaurants have them; But then you don't get the special dineLA menu which usually adds on a free entree and/or desert. Great way to try out those pricey LA spots especially with the lunch menu.
Get a $10 statement credit after you spend $30 or more in a single transaction each time you dine with your enrolled Card during dineL.A. at participating restaurants from 1/12/18 - 1/26/18. Terms apply.
OFFER TERMS
Enrollment is limited. Must first add offer to Card and then use the same Card to redeem. Offer valid only for in-restaurant purchases. Not valid for online purchases. Get a $10 statement credit after you spend a total of at least $30 in a single transaction each time you dine with your enrolled Card at a participating restaurant during the dineL.A. campaign, January 12 – 26, 2018. For a list of participating restaurants, visit dinela.com. You may enroll more than one Card for this offer, but only those Cards you enroll individually will be eligible for the offer. Only U.S.-issued American Express® Cards are eligible for this offer. In order to be eligible for the offer, your purchase must be completed before 11:59 pm on January 26, 2018. If you order an item during the offer period but it is not provided to you until after January 26, 2018, it will not count towards determining whether your purchase qualifies for the offer. Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after January 26, 2018, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. For example, your transaction will not qualify if it is not made directly with the merchant. In addition, in most cases, you may not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it. By adding an offer to a Card, you agree that American Express may send you communications about the offer. Additional terms apply; see Enrollment Terms and Conditions for details. POID: GA27:0001
Actually it is each time so you can ask for separate checks for your wife and you and run the same card twice, if you don't mind the "look". Tell the restaurant manager SD (ah, Amex) made you do it
Planning to go to Providence which will be at least $240 for 2 people... would it be too embarrassing to ask them to swipe my card 8 times? That's $80 right there...

To avoid the "look", I show up beforehand and buy gift certificates in person. I spread the cost over the enrolled cards, then I present the gift card along with my credit card as payment after the meal.
How is this a repost? I can't find any other instance of an earlier post. I was about to post the deal since I couldn't find it but turns out the OP wrote the deal as "Dine L.A." and I was searching "DineLA". I'm still learning and just curious...

My 'repost' comment was intended for mshopper2, whose thread was merged into itsyourboyl's (earlier) thread. When threads are merged, comments are as well (and so are TU/TD votes...I think.) IMO it was a repost because of content, L.A. vs LA doesn't matter.
If you at least make an effort to search before starting a thread and nothing comes up, I think most reasonable SDers will give you a pass for the repost (especially if you put in your OP that you searched, or a post.) It isn't exactly a secret that SD's search feature could be better.
As usual American Express is offering their AMEX Offer for $10 cashback when you spend $30 at participating restaurants during DineLA between Jan 12-26.
You may not be required to purchase from the DineLA menu.
Stack this with making a reservation on Seated or Opentable and get additional gift card credit.
