I'd love something like this, but the way our roofline and gutters blocks most sun during the year. Is there a version where the solar panel is detached so I can place it where it will receive the most sun?

330 lumens? That is basically less than a 40 watt bulb\not much better than a night light lol. A complete waste of money if you ask me. Spend the money on one that actually puts out enough light to be useful imo.

I've never met anyone using a 40 Watts night light.
My current night light has 15 lumens output.

I said not much better than a night light. A 40 watt bulb is about 400-500 lumens, so if you think that using less than that outside is useful, more power to you.
