180lb total weight

600lb weight limit. They didn't specify if that was for the bench or the rack, my guess is the bench.

Also note, spotters don't go low enough for flat bench pressing, only for squats and incline presses.

Good catch. If I am going to buy a rack for home use, you want it to be able to use it for bench press if there are no spotters around.

In the video it shows a guy doing squats. That should probably be around the same height for shoulder press.

Rolling it down your stomach isn't too tough, it just looks bad (especially in a gym setting). And in the lowest position, if you're benching outside the cage, you should be able to re-rack the bar even after failure.

Pretty expensive little piece of equipment there. Thank God I got more bang for my buck for the MD9010-G during Thanksgiving. But Yea... Can't turn back time. This will do for who needs it
Lol that is so crazy looking.. How many hours did it take to set that thing up ha.

Me I know for a fact it'd take a couple hours more than an average person lol and I'll end up with a few extra screws =D. Like wtf Applause

For any serious weight lifter this thing is too flimsy. There's better equipment out there. If fatties are willing to upgrade their tv's every year they can go up a grade in their workout equipment.
Hardo..though my comp bumper plates are collecting dust...

It took me 8-10 hours. That includes taking the parts piece by piece to the basement. I got frustrated at some steps cause I tightened too much and I can't adjust it to screw other piece into it. At the end, I was left with 2 washers so I went through each step to check the locations

14 gauge is pretty thin steel. Better to get an entry level Rogue rack that is rated and tested at 1,000 pounds.

Title on the Walmart page states "(Box 1 of 2)". Is this sale for only one of the boxes?
