Was able to purchase this audiobook at $4.95 plus tax. Regular price was $21 or one credit. Pretty high rated Sci-Fi book if you're into the genre.

FYI. This is a great book and a great series. The biggest problem is that it's too short (series wise)...

I think I got mine for about this price as part of kindle unlimited and the add audible part for 4.95 (or less). But they just jacked up the price for audio companion.

Long story short. Get it.

For about a buck more, you can get both the ebook and audiobook. The ebook is $3.99 at the moment, and you can add the audiobook for $1.99 if you own the ebook.

Beware - you will want the next two in the series after getting the first one.

It's very enjoyable nerd fiction with lots of science talk, like a grown up version of Ready Player One where the cultural references are there as inside jokes instead of plot devices.
I got tired of Bob's project management theme, but it seemed like the author was tiring of it near the end, too.
I might re-listen in a few months to slow down and catch what I missed.

The best book I read in 2017. Highly recommended. Actually listened to the entire series twice and read the hardcopy once. The audiobook is great because of bray.

I enjoyed this series and also echo the sentiment that it was too short! Need more in this lineup.

It's strange. I wanted to compare it to Ready Player One too, but didn't want to deal with the trolls.

I storta liked the project mgmt aspect of it... it's my life (developer) there is always a trade off. And hindsight will kill you 100% of the time.

The emotional aspects of his characters, got to me. Proof it was a good book, I connected with the main characters. It was a great series and I may have to relisten to it again.

Loved this book, along with the other two in the series.

I found this book boring. The whole political part was cliche and not realistic (US being grin by religious zealots). Heck Christianity has been on the decline for decades so it is unlikely that would change. The story was also very predictable.

If you want a good book try Expeditionary Force.
