Bought a refurbished a few days ago and just set it up today. Great so far and a very good speed and range improvement over my tp link.

I've got like 19 devices running off one wifi router.

I've got like 100 MBps through comcast.

it just seems like it slows down a little right after typing in a web address.

Would two routers splitting the traffic work better?

The "like new" ones on Amazon are $68. Worth the extra $20 for new?

I love warehouse deals if they come from Amazon direct. 3rd party used is complete crap on amazon with no quality control. Like New basically means someone returned it, usually completely unopened or affected. If there's even a couple dollars price diff I'll do warehouse deals all day if it's in like new condition. Amazon is also good about indicating defects so.watch the notes and you shouldn't get burned even on Very Good items.

Very unlikely. Grab one of your devices and grab a wifi analyzer app (something free, no reason to pay). Check out your SSID and see if you have strong signal on all freqs and channels that you broadcast on. I'm in a very congested wifi area, have a 2-story 3000+ sq ft with basement, and need 3 to cover my place and backyard. The symptoms prior to good coverage were huge buffering delays on Netflix or similar. I have a local media server and that content was also buffering so that was clue #1. My parents live in the country, 3000+ sq ft, and I can pick up their crappy provider-installed signal from 1 AP out in the barn. If you get a slight delay after entering an address it's likely normal - DNS lookups, AV/malware checks, browser security checks, slow hard drives/CPUs/vid cards, undetected malware/viruses, etc all come to mind as possible culprits.
