Fantastic game, really one of a kind. Here is a useful list of what cards are included with each pack:

I've seen a few videos on this and it looks incredible. The only potential game killer I know of is that the video creators were concerned that Hasbro would (very stupidly) released the physical equivalent of loot boxes (random card packs). I don't know how that's turned out, but check out some of the (indie created) videos.

There are cards packs but fortunately they aren't random. Hasbro does not tell you what's in each one but the Dropmix Reddit has a list of what's included in each discover pack and playlist pack.

Was very disappointed with this needs to be in the $20-30 not worth $50 in my opinion

I disagree. We got it for $50 for Christmas and the tech involved and fun factor work very well. I just put it out and "play" it from time to time. I wish it came with more cards, but at around 50 that's like getting the player for free.

Whether or not it's for everyone is certainly a matter of taste. If you like the idea of mixing music tracks it's really fun.

So is it possible to connect to the required tablet/phone AND a speaker?

Connect the board to the phone, which then the phone connects to bluetooth speakers.

It would not be bad at 50 if the cards were better but their are only like I think 5 good ones so u spend 50 then need to to spend 15 for more cards u can get music software cheaper and beatpads and have the ability to really make a music track
1. The game comes with 60 cards, not 50.
2. There are way more than "5 good" cards that come with the game. Many different genres, instruments, vocals, etc. Additional packs certainly help for free-styling, but the game is plenty fun with just the base pack.

I own all of the cards and you can really create some amazing remixes and beats. I paid $45 at Walmart through Google Express and anything $60 or below is a great deal for the base game.
