So 3 teaspoons of sugar, a quarter teaspoon of salt, and a banana's worth of potassium, and maybe a multivitamin to cover what the banana doesn't.

I tried this and it tastes pretty gross, I'll just stick with buying the Gatorade powder mix.

This tastes much better than most Gatorade (Lime Pepino is , unless you have a fondness for artificial flavors. Also seems more effective, at least in my experience.

I'd rather get Zip Fizz, tbh. It's got way more potassium (which you probably need), way less salt (which, unless you're an athlete, you probably don't need), more vitamins, and enough vitamin B12 to crack you out. Most of the flavors taste pretty good, too.
