Agreed. MSE is free and has not failed me since its inception. Norton and McAfee are hard to uninstall as they leave behind traces.

Yes and it's much better than the older norton AV. 360 is a much better, less resource consuming program.

Try 360 Total Security. It's free and is much lighter. There is a nag screen to go premium when you re-boot, but that's it. Has a firewall, browser protection and other things. No malware protection, but there are other apps for that if you feel you need it.
