Looks like a decent price for a rear mirror kit backup camera. Coupon worked for me.
Avg 4.5 star with fakespot grade A.

**Thanks for HN101 to point out that it's not a dashcam kit.

NOTE -- it is not a dashcam; will not do any sort of recording. It's only meant for reversing and parking assist

Seems way overpriced. You can easily find bundle for less than $50. Why so many thumbs up?
Also basically all camera/screen bundles has one wire(reverse 12v and one ground).

I recently bought this from Auto-Vox:
https://www.amazon.com/AUTO-VOX-1...autovox+m8

Great product, has a front dashcam, backup camera, and other features. It's a little expensive but worth it for the features.

Thanks. I am on the lookout for a dashcam and backup camera in one device. I am happy to spend a little more if it's a great product. Will check out ur link.

If anyone else can recommend device that can do both functions very well and is easy to set up. Please to share. Thank you.

Edit...
Reviews do look really good. I would say a little too "good". all from working the last couple weeks with videos and photos. Seems like paid reviews.

Wish there is wireless backup cam. The wiring through car carpet and everything is a headache to me as I never figured out how to make it work. Going to car shop is a nightmare that is full of BS so I want to avoid as much as I can.

This one actually replaces your rear view mirror rather than sitting over the top of it. It gives a nice OEM look to your vehicle as a result. If the ones you mentioned are full replacements like this one, would you mind posting a link. I would be very interested at that price point.

This is not even wireless - why $102??? I got a wireless solution for ~$35.

This also involves wiring to the reverse gear. And routing the wire all through the cabin. And for $102 I would expect 1080p hardware.

Probably b/c of the rear view mirror screen. Otherwise you'd either have to integrate with an aftermarket radio, or put one of those gaudy screens somewhere,

If you're in Los Angeles, I can recommend a place that will come to you and install it for a fee

Just did the aftermarket radio plus rear camera install on a friends call. All said and done for $150 including wiring and double din installation kit on a Pontiac vibe. The value I think is better going the radio route versus the mirror.

The mirror is better for someone with too fancy of a stereo or stock radio is impossible to modify from the factory... but at that point your stock mirror already has electronics in it that will make another system angry if you pulled it out. Some have alarm sensors in it, day light sensors for headlights, bluetooth antenna, cell antenna etc etc etc.

Agree. I'm having a hard time w/ selecting a double DIN replacement for my stock in my charger. They're all just generally cheap or slow, except for maybe the $1000ish models

Which wireless one did you get? Would you recommend it?
