Link [go.com]
Tickets must be purchased between Jan. 8 and May 21
Tickets Expire on May 24, 2018.
Black out dates: March 23 to April 8
Proof of residency is required.

More discounts on multi–day passes:
• 2-day ticket with choice of one park per day for $159
• 2-day Park Hopper ticket for $204
• 3-day ticket with choice of one park per day for $199
• 3-day Park Hopper ticket for $244

There are also deals for So Cal Residents at all three Disneyland Resort hotels thru April 12, 2018, for Sunday thru Thursday stay. You must book by March 17.

***Please stay away from CL ads "renting" tickets out from brokers or people who cannot or have not used the rest of the days. Keep this legit because you may be only screwing yourself if you bought from an unauthorized reseller or source. Disney have been cracking down and you do not want to end up being turned away at the gate and/or pay full price because you don't want to leave after paying $25 to park your car and trekked all the way to the gate from the parking structure.

What exactly is "proof of residency"? We just moved away from SoCal and still have family down there and plan on visiting...

Is there anything else that works? Like a bill or mail? My new state took my license when I got theirs.

"Each adult using a SoCal Resident ticket must show proof of residency and a valid government-issued photo ID for admission. To purchase online, you must have a billing address within a valid ZIP code. For purchase at the parks, a valid government-issued photo ID showing an address within a valid ZIP code is required. "

You need some sort of govt issued ID

Can I buy the 3 day park hopper, and upgrade to annual pass to save $71 ($315-$244) on the annual pass? Would they know these are discounted tickets? Anyone has experience?

You can't really think Disneyland haven't thought of this.
I did this last year and after you showed the receipt, they will check your ID right there and asked each of us to sign the ticket after showing our I.D's right before you get into the park.
The next time I used it again they check our ID again .

I saw a lady trying to pass her 5 yr old son as under 2, the gate person turned her away after they saw her son.

You can usually buy this at markets in SoCal (Ralph's, Vons, albertsons). For all asking, once you buy it, you don't need to show any proof. I've never have to show my ID at the gate (been buying it for 5+ years)

Don't buy from CL because Disney will take your picture at the gate the first time you use it.

I've always buy it at markets in SoCal and use it at the gate and they never check my ID. They just take my picture.

They made us show ID and I didn't get it why they made us sign the ticket.

In California when you move and update your address with the DMV, they won't send you a new license with the new address, so I am guessing that even a Northern California address would work, as long as you tell them you have moved since your license was issued.
