Yes you can do it yourself. No this doesn't allow you to tilt the TV to a side. Only between 0 and 15 degrees downwards.

Chat with them and say the listing says free shipping but when you checkout it charges a delivery fee. The rep credited the deliver fee back to me

The Rosewill handles 65" vs. 55", 15 degree vs. 3, holds 165 lbs. vs. 115 & has some type of anti-theft component... I do some of my 4K video editing from home & therefore have (9) HDTVs or LCDs mounted to the walls in my home & studio. The heavy duty mounts are great for my older, heavier HDTVs which have been retired from business use & have been relocated in a workout room, repurposed for kids' XBoxes, etc. The lightweight, thinner mounts are OK for the newer, lighter screens but don't wear well if you keep adjusting them...
