Personally I would spend $20-30 more and get a Seiko 5 Automatic. They can easily be found around $100 or less depending on which style you like. The Sieko 7S26 movement is an amazing auto movement for the very low cost. They commonly hold +5/-5 sec without regulation.

I am not familiar with watches... I have heard Seiko is a reputable watch brand but does the "V" on the band supposed to stand for value?
