Compare to Mobil 1 extended performance? I change motor oil every 7-8k using Mobil 1 extended performance. Is this equivalent to the Mobil 1 extended performance?

No high mileage option on this deal? Is it even beneficial to use high mileage when already using a full synthetic?

Castrol is always around this price. I don't see a deal for this.

Hell, Pennzoil and Mobile gets to be around or less then this price sometime.

High mileage is not something you should use unless you specifically need it.

If you already know why, feel free to disregard the rest of the message. I'll post it for others as well.

Just because your vehicle has a lot of miles doesn't mean you should use high mileage. Only use high mileage if your gaskets are leaking all over the place and you cant be bothered to address the issue. Otherwise you set yourself up so you can never go back to 'regular' motor oil unless you do like a re-build of your engine block to change out all the gaskets/rubber.

Full Synthetic is normally $21-25 at Walmart. This is in California. So not a bad deal.

Well, my 4th vehicle (backup truck #2) has 250k miles, and I don't want to spend anything on it as I'm just going to trade it in or donate it within a few months. It leaks oil and I've used high mileage in it for the last 20k. It gets driven about 40 miles per month.
