For those who missed the GameStop one and don't want to pay shipping for the current deals, Amazon Warehouse has it for ~$121, it was around $133 last week. Also, expect to be missing some items like the stands or HDMI cord. I returned mine yesterday because I ended up getting a cheaper one locally, but mine was missing some unimportant items. If you do need the stands + cradle, it's on eBay for ~$10. Great console to play with others over + really easy to mod.

I always wonder how a console gets beat up in the first place. Mine just sits there. Gets a little dusty but that's it. I'm not moving it around constantly, banging it against things, punching it, abusing it, etc. what on earth are people doing to these units to put them in such condition as barely "acceptable"? Lol

I've had to send back a bunch of things that were "like new" and "very good" condition lately because they were completely unusable. Satisfactory is their lowest used standard before they toss stuff. Be wary.

Getting a free prepaid label from Amazon to return it isn't difficult, so if you end up getting one that doesn't work, just return it. I've also purchased many items from Amazon Warehouse and the majority were fine, so YMMV.

acceptable means just that. it will likely work but mine looked horrible. either way, rolling dice again to see what i get. Was going to return previous unit anyways.

Says there are 400+ in stock... normally I wouldn't bite on "Acceptable" but these might just be extra stock they found.

The return process is easy but it also holds your money up for 1 week after they receive it back which seems excessive. I used to buy A TON from Warehouse but the quality and descriptions have fallen off a cliff of late for me.

I would see the value in this if most of the quality games on the Wii U weren't being sent over to the Nintendo Switch.

I've always wondered this. The only thing I can think is kids bring it to friends houses a lot, but that's a very small number of people.

I think people are mostly just sh**heads.

The console scratches pretty easily with the gloss finish, but they're most likely owned by kids.

The value for me is that you can easily mod it.

I purchased two last week and it'll just come with a lot of scratches on the plastic parts, the screen on the gamepad was fine. If you care about scratches that don't affect its function, then this probably isn't for you.

Yes, I had a modded Wii U as well, the mods are good, but the end result is the same, not many games to play unless you are into Wii games, and virtual console/emulators, then there is much more value, but still, you can do most of that on an even cheaper Wii console.
